Notice the difference between mid-age/married man and those young blood in their twenties from my workplace.
1st group like to do their work slowly and even when it is time to knock off like 6pm, they will stay till 6.30pm before they start to get out of the office. The 2nd group is totally different, when the time reach 5.55pm, they will start to get ready and pack up to end their day. When task is been given, they can chop chop finish it.
1st group also dont seem to manage their time, they can made a day work into a 2 days work and made people to stay back for the whole weekend.
Nothing can be done if u are not the boss.....

Finally channel U showing a good drama: 冲上云霄 at 10pm. The drama is what I looking forward to everyday to relieve my stress and unhappiness at work....
