Workplace...

There were 3 sites (A, B & C). Site A got 2 person (A1 & A2), site B got 1 person (B1) and site C got 2 person (C1 & C2) also. Site A is a back office with big bosses around, site B is a back office while site C is a front office with a few bosses around. In terms of importance and critical, both site A and C is the same. A1, B1 & C1 is more experienced and had work in the respective sites longer than A2 & C2. Whenever A1 is on leave or mc, B1 is ask to cover for the duty there and ask C2 to cover site B. But when C1 is on leave or mc, any standby person (unfamiliar with the sites) is ask to cover for it, just for the sake of making the headcount.

Does that mean A2 cant handle the site alone with any standby person available and need a more familiar person to help out? Or they think too high up for C2??

Lesson learnt

My PC keep giving me problems despite formating for 2 times already. Hope this time it will be back to normal. A hint for me to change to a laptop?? Wish to but my pocket dun allow it. So many things on my wishing list but budget limited.

Started to learn my lesson recently.
1. Never rush into doing something, haste will only make things worse.
2. No point arguing when action speak louder than words.
3. Know your limit and live the life that is already been destined to u, u can go beyond it and wishing for miracles to happen and not expecting it to happen.
4. Never go ahead if u are not confident in it, not all process is reversible.
5. The sky is watching u of what u had done. (Starting to believe in it from my workplace.)
6. No point insisting ur point of view as different people look at things differently. Time will tell who is right and wrong.

Few months back, I expected miracles to happen but it dun and now I realised the differences between expect and wish. In the past, I had already go ahead and buy my N95 and laptop without consideration. Maybe that is the charactistic of my horoscope "spend every single cent u earn carefreely..." But now, I buy things only after weeks or months of consideration, that why I still using my N80 instead.... Every single cent is make up of your sweat and blood, quite true to me...
U will only learn ur lesson only after u experience it, true?? Up to each individual to judge. Hahaa..

Man U beat Milan 3-2 in the 1st leg. A step nearer to an all English final. The match is like ronaldo vs kaka, showing off the quality been a best midfielder. Will man u get a treble again since 99?? Let keep our finger cross. Will Chelsea be able to clear the obstacle tonight??

Civil sector pay increment

Saw the news and found that civil sector will have a pay increment and minister pay will increase to minimum 1.7m to match private sector. Whether this increment is necessary will be up to each individual to judge. Civil sector is known for it lower pay but more benefits as compared to private sector, if civil pay is same as private also, then why people still want to go private when the benefits is not as good....

These few days seem like been released from torturing since I made the decision. Cant imagine how to cope with it when the just taken over new floor giving me problems, lucky now only need to concentrate in one area and deal with it. Pay raise is my only goal now. Money is king!!!!!!!!

Down with flu today, suay, still had to work, more suay....
Change back to my N80, cant really adapt to pdaphone, maybe I not advance enough. Now my pdaphone act only as a pda and when the time is ripe, I will trade in my HP6828 for my dream phone, N95.Actually my hp now can compare with pdaphone in terms of function after I input all the software.
New guy is gone, finally peace returns back, everything back to normal. Is that a good sign? Or is a warning sign before the real storm come? Wkend going to burn again... What to do, for the sake of money...
