Am I on the right path??
3 days past since my new job. I started to find it is totally unrelated to what I had been studying and my past job. I study more on technical side but this job is more on management, ending up I look like a fresh grad again....no....is worse than fresh grad, most thing seem unknown to me and I had to start learning everything again. Although learning is good, can gain more experience but the time frame given to me is only 1 week which I had to know what people had used 3 years to study in polytechnic... After 1 week, I will "need" to be operational ready. Can I??
A sentence float in my mind: Is this the job I want, what I looking for, am I on the right path?? No use regreting since I already put my foot in... Juz learn wat I can and see how long my enduration can go.... Mayb this is a test for my determination. Since I can against all odd of all people say i can only last at most 2 months in my past job, and ended up 1 year plus, this shouldnt pose a defeat to me....Common thing of both company is high turnover rate. 1st news I heard is 2 people will be resigning when I am joining...same as my previous company.....it this call fate???

Understand that most problems are a good sign. Problems indicate that progress is being made, wheels are turning, you are moving toward your goals. Beware when you have no problems. Then you've really got a problem . . . Problems are like landmarks of progress.
